We were saddened at Anna Lou of London to hear of the death of Rue McClanahan, most famously known as Blanche from the Golden Girls. The Golden Girls were to the 1980's what Sex & The City is in the naughties. And Blanche was definitely the original Samantha.

Over the past few weeks I have been blogging like crazy about the lovely Diana Vickers; who has recently become Anna Lou's number one fan. She has been photographed on numerous occassions wearing some key pieces from my latest collections.

This weekend I took a trip out to Westbourne Grove, London to visit the brand new ‘Living and Giving Shop’ for Save the Children. Spear-headed by fashion retail guru, Mary Portas, the latest shop in her campaign has just opened and is gathering quite a reputation already.

Before Christmas all the ladies at Anna Lou HQ went to see Frisky & Mannish, the most hilarious and entertaining Cabaret act we’ve seen in an age.
